Most of our tree trimming/removal estimates are scheduled as a ‘drive-by’. We will send an arborist to your property while in your area. This will not be at a scheduled time, but we will give you an idea of which day. If we have any questions about the services you requested while on-site, our arborist will call you to discuss the details. We provide this option at no charge.
Face-to-Face Consulting
For no-obligation estimates related to: Tree Trimming & Removal and Plant Health Care
If you prefer to meet with an arborist to discuss your tree trimming/removal project ‘face to face’, we can schedule a specific date and time to meet you. The estimate is provided free of charge, but there is a $75/hr + tax appointment fee.
Many customers contact us because they need help maintaining the health of their trees, diagnosing a sick tree, or have other tree-related problems that require the guidance of someone with the experience and knowledge of proper tree care. Our tree care professionals and ISA Certified Arborists can offer recommendations for any of your tree-related concerns.
If you need plant health diagnosis, recommendations, and/or other tree-related consultation services, we charge $75/hr + tax. Most of these services can be completed in one hour on a residential property with an average number of trees.
We are often asked why we charge for these types of proposals. Our ISA Certified Arborists have spent years obtaining their certifications, attending classes, completing continuing education training, and gaining invaluable experience in the field. All of these activities cost time and money. Our hourly charges help us offset these expenses, and often save our customers significant tree-related expenses by working with a knowledgeable professional.
Advanced Consulting
We also offer consulting services for tree risk assessment, tree appraisals, managing trees during construction, and more. Each of these are handled on a case by case basis, depending on the scope of the project. The fees can vary. If you have any questions about these services, we will be happy to discuss the details.
